It is named the way it is because people that admit they don't believe in catastrophic man-made climate change are vilified, and the author was willing to "Come out of the Closet" and go ahead and say it, in spite of potential ridicule.

Mr. Marques designed for multiple newspapers and magazines in Brazil. He was the winner of numerous cartoon competitions in Russia, Germany, London and Brazil. Sidnei passed away on January 20,
